Welcome!
This is a quick little blog I'm putting together to keep track of my efforts to develop a more balanced, intentional lifestyle. I graduated from Vanderbilt University about five years ago, and since that time, have noticed that your twenties and early thirties present all kinds of fun issues--establishing a work/life balance, maintaining friendships and relationships, figuring out what you"really want to do," focusing on your health, establishing yourself in a career, mending after a relationship didn't work out... etc.
When I don't think intentionally about what I'm doing and where my life is going, I tend to get swept away. So, I'm hoping this blog will inspire me (and maybe others!) to strive for balance, improve on health, be gracious, find some creativity, and ultimately, live with more intention. I recently read The Happiness Project by Gretchen Rubin who inspired me to focus on a few different categories in my life, similar to the way she set her project up with different monthly goals. I've separated this blog up into corresponding pages.
While I started this blog just for my personal benefit, it'd be wonderful if someone else were to stumble upon it and benefit in any way from this. If that's you, welcome!
